central location onsite parking ground floor dodgy elevator automatic tv missing bin
The hotel is very close to the train station it is about a ten minute walk. The onsite parking is a plus I used it. I got a ground floor room as requested that was very convenient. The room was clean it was attended to for my second night.
The elevator felt unsafe during each use I was concerned about getting trapped. The TV kept turning off by itself this happened frequently. I did not have a bin in the room there was one only in the bathroom. There was only one outlet in the room this made charging my devices inconvenient.

breakfast bar pool table door noise sound insulation
The hotel location is very convenient, being close to the train station! A breakfast bar added to the convenience. The pool table was great for leisure time.
The room doors did not have a soft close, and they made a slamming noise. Doors slamming shut was heard at night. I heard rain and wind. There was no sound insulation at all, quite distracting.

Acceptable, but Issues Observed
sewage odor undercooked sausages
The tap water in my room had a distinct sewage odor. This was quite unpleasant. I asked about vegetarian options at breakfast, but there were no vegetarian sausages available. The cooked meat sausages were undercooked and did not meet basic standards. there was an overpowering sewerage smell present in the bathroom.

adequate stay with noticeable drawbacks
limited channels slow internet
the room was clean.
the tv had limited channels. the internet was slow (around 1.658mb down), it made working remotely difficult. there weren't enough power sockets available in the room either (i could not charge all my devices simultaneously).

easy check in helpful staff fresh food convinient location
check in was quick and easy. staffs was helpful when i needed assistance. breakfast had fresh food and options. location near shopping centre are very convinient.

the room had efficient heating which worked well and the room was quiet. there was everything i needed, like towels and soap. the space included a functional desk.

the breakfast included nice options of healthy and non healthy food choices. the food was fresh and presented in a good way. breakfast hours started early which helped my schedule.

staffs were friendly and helped me . when there was a power cut in my room, it was fixed fast. the service at the reception was very good.
